You wake up in the morning; get yourself ready for work or school and then you rush out the door without even taking a glass of milk. Breakfast is important!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Why? As our body fasts during our sleep, the glucose level goes lower without food for 8-12 hours. So, our body is hungry for food and nutrition after fasting the whole night through. Therefore, it is crucial that the first meal of the day that you take is healthy and nutritious because your body will absorb all the nutrients very quickly to help cell renewal and organ function.

We obtain our energy to start the day from good, healthy and nutritious breakfast. The right breakfast will not only provide energy to the brain, but also help us to stay mentally alert and perform better at work or school. Studies have shown that by taking nutritious and healthy breakfast every day, it heightens your sense of well-being, boosts your energy and increases your attention span. Now wouldn’t that be a good start for your day?
