Are you part of the statistics?

I'm not going to write much today, just wanna share these sad but true picture of what we have become over the years. I wonder what will happen in the future if we don't take any action and do something about it. I'll let the pictures speak this time...

OMG! What have we been doing to ourselves? How did it get so out of control?

Is this how you want to live your life? Or is this how you want to end your life?

I hope the pictures did speak something to you out there who is still not concerned about their health. Whatever it is ... it's all in your hands! You have the power to decide whether you want to be healthy or be one of the statistics!

If you don't look like any of the people in the picture, don't think that you're in the pink of health ... you might be surprised. The silent killers (diabetes, hypertension, stroke, heart-attack, cancer... etc) are just waiting for the right moment to strike. So, are you going to just let them win or are you going to do something about it?
